One of Noah's coaches told him that chocolate milk is a great post-workout drink. After some research, I've become convinced! Apparently, many studies declare that Chocolate Milk seems to be better than those expensive (and not that great-tasting) protein drinks that you can buy!
Homemade Chocolate Milk Recipe
- 1 TBSP. Sugar
- 1 TBSP. Cocoa
- 8 oz. Milk
In the morning, or just a few hours in advance, put all three ingredients into a shaker bottle/cup (usually available near the powder protein drink section) and shake well. Refrigerate and shake again before serving.
